By accessing or purchasing from Gifzo, you agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when placing an order.

Gifzo reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary due to product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or circumstances preventing us from properly fulfilling the order.

We make every reasonable effort to present our products accurately through photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials and specifications.

Actual colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Many Gifzo products are imported, handcrafted, decorative or manufactured in different batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, finishing or dimensions may therefore occur.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed by Gifzo are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Prices may change based on product availability, import costs, promotions or other commercial factors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Gifzo may correct the error and contact the customer before processing the affected order.

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or guarantee stock until the order has been confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may offer an appropriate alternative, allow you to select another product, or arrange a refund where applicable.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Gifzo may contact you to verify an order before it is processed.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Orders can generally be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Personalized, pre-order or specially sourced products may have separate cancellation conditions.

Available payment options may include Cash on Delivery, mobile financial services, online payment gateways, bank transfer or other payment methods displayed during checkout.

High-value orders, pre-orders, personalized gifts or special orders may require partial or full advance payment.

Gifzo delivers to supported locations across Bangladesh using third-party courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery periods may vary because of location, product availability, courier operations, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Ceramic, glass, décor and selected gift products require special care during transportation. Gifzo takes reasonable precautions when packaging fragile products.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by Gifzo's separate Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility may depend on the product category, nature of the issue, condition of the item and when the issue was reported.

Customers are responsible for checking names, messages, dates and other personalization details before submitting an order.

Once customization has begun, personalized products generally cannot be cancelled or returned simply because of a change of mind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift boxes, ribbons, wrapping materials and decorative elements may occasionally vary depending on availability. Where a specific packaging style is essential, please confirm availability before ordering.

Coupon codes, promotional campaigns, gift vouchers and special offers may have individual validity periods and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Please notify Gifzo if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The Gifzo name, logo, brand identity, original photographs, graphics, website design, written content and creative materials belong to Gifzo or are used with appropriate authorization.

Such materials may not be commercially copied, reproduced, distributed or misleadingly used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Fraud, impersonation, malicious activity, unauthorized access and attempts to interfere with the security or functionality of the Gifzo website are prohibited.

Gifzo may work with third-party providers for courier delivery, payments, website functionality and related services. Those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Information may be used where reasonably necessary to process orders, payments, delivery and customer support.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gifzo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Gifzo may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Disputes relating to these terms, services or transactions will be handled according to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh.
